The best things cannot be Planned
This stunning desert sunset wasn't in the plan.
I have been in the Parker, AZ/Earp CA, area for 3 months now and I never expected to stay even one night here!
I ended up here when my van unexpectedly broke down and the mechanics in town were all booked 3 weeks out!
Which was of course a divinely guided situation!
As I rooted myself here I began to meet amazing fellow travelers who inspired me. They helped me open my heart with their amazing generosity and kindness. I have found myself resonating with people from very different walks of life -- fundamentalist Christians, gun lovers, renunciate Buddhists, retirees in their 90s traveling around, folks from the deep South, felons with hearts of gold. I even have met people with whom I shared #kambo medicine, and watched their lives profoundly shift for the better.
The places I was before here were also not in the plans. I spent 8 months in Florence, Oregon, living right along the majestic ocean. I only intended to do a quick visit there and the amazing peace, love and clearing energy just kept attracting me and I stayed until the weather was too cold for me to be happy. ( This phenomenon is called the "Flortex" :) It pulls you in!)
Each place I have been has been filled with magical experiences of learning, growth and adventure.
If you feel called to hit the road and go be a nomad then please let go of your mental desire to plan and allow the journey to unfold. Your heart's desire is beckoning you forth to discover gems hidden inside the adventure of the mysterious unknown.
And worry not! This is a benevolent universe. I've found myself down and out on some occasions and always the watchful love of Spirit shows up, through the kindness of strangers and all manner of miracles.
Absolutely follow that inner call and expect the path to rise to meet you!
There is a magical journey awaiting you and it is unknowable. Take the leap.
Even if your journey has nothing to do with physical travel. Whatever leap you need to make, or feel called to make...DO IT!
After 1 year of this lifestyle, I can say I am far happier than ever before. Living in nature, off the grid, minimalist, and following my heart...what could be better than that?
