And CBD as above And getting rid of "have to" and "should" beliefs Additionally our diet is a HUGE factor in our emotional wellbeing. Low vibe food such as sugar, dairy, meat and processed stuff can really put us in a bad place! I have been a real meat lover and I recently went vegan for this reason, and wow what a difference. A high fat diet can also be the reason for mood swings and irritability - this can irritate the liver and it is likely the cause if we wake up in the middle of the night between 1 and 3 am (according to Chinese organ times). If this is the case remove fat and oil from your diet and consider adding dandelion root and milk thistle herbs. Similarly, a diet high in carbohydrates or sugar can be the reason for anxiety, as it feeds candida which messes up our mood.
