The frequency of heaven is unconditional love, unconditional mercy, and nonjudgment. It is only we humans who judge ourselves as unworthy, which is the cause of suffering.

From the divine perspective, we are all Source exploring itself in various forms.

Yet it is one thing to know this intellectually and another to really feel it.

Consider the Sacred Fuck It.

What if you apply the “fuck it” sentiment to whatever you think you did wrong, or is not OK about yourself? We all have shadow aspects, flaws, whatever. What if it’s just not that big of a deal? What if it’s OK? What if you can just say, fuck it? This is the sacred fuck it, which can also be understood as equanimity.

When I was a teenager, I remember having a conversation with my father where I said something like, “Dad, what if there’s no meaning to life?” And he said, “So what?” And this was very profound for me. This is the sacred fuck it. What if whatever you’re hung up about can just be let go of, like that?
